How to get or generate profile code for JAMB 2025: JAMB Activates Creation of Profile Code for UTME 2025 Registration
All candidates planning on sitting for the exam for the year 2025 are here notified that the process for generating profile codes has now commenced.
In order to register successfully for JAMB, this Profile Code is an essential part.

How to Generate a Profile code for the JAMB UTME of 2025:
1. Send NIN to 55019 or 66019:
- The first step to getting a code for your profile is to send your NIN number. For this, use your mobile phone to send your NIN via message to the numbers 55019 or 66019.
- For instance, type NIN 12345678000 and send it to 55019 or 66019.
2. Dail *55019*NIN#:
- Alternatively you can also call the number 55019 and add extra digits for the code word to generate a profile code using your mobile.
- This is an example: *55019*12345678000#.
3. Profile code will be delivered:
- After finishing the above procedure, a text will be received on your mobile with your profile code.
Things to Note When Generating also JAMB Profile Code:
1. Use a Permanent Phone Number:
- Ensure that when registering you provide a number that you do not intend to change, as it will be used for all future communications and registration.
2. Ensure Your NIN is Correct:
- To avoid problem please ensure you cross-check your national identity card number so there would not be any errors.
Failure to provide the correct NIN will result in the denial of your Profile Code.
3. Have More Than Enough Airtime:
Ensure that the SIM card you are using has a balance of at least 50 Naira to be able to make the call or send the text message.
So with the use of the above steps and tips, you will in no time be able to generate your Profile Code which in turn will help facilitate the registration process for JAMB 2025.

NOTES TO KEEP IN MIND:
1. You Can Use Any Phone/Number to Send the Message:
- However, you must send your own NIN number to 55019 or 66019.
2. Your Profile Code is Linked to Your Number:
- Once you get your Profile Code, that phone number is forever tied to your JAMB profile.
3. 16 Years and Above:
- Only candidates aged 16 years and above can register for JAMB 2025.
4. Do Not Use Another Person’s NIN:
- While you can use another person’s phone number, you cannot use someone else’s NIN to generate your Profile Code.
5. Try Different Networks if Necessary:
- If one network doesn’t work, try using a different network to send the message.
6. Profile Codes Do Not Expire:
- Generate yours now before JAMB network issues begin during peak periods.
