Firstly, school clearance can be done in a random way but must be started at the HOD office after checking your result at the secretary office or the person in charge of the result.
THE FIRST COLUMN OF THE CLEARANCE FORM IS HOD SIGNATURE which will come first before any other signature.
After that it's DEAN of school.
So others will follow up
DIRECTOR OF CEP
For those paying consultancy fees, you sign it at the exam and record block, first floor. Opposite audit.
POLYTECHNIC LIBRARIAN
This is located at Perm. Site, at library. But for this year not only a library card is required but ₦3000 (₦3700) is attached now for the digital library to be paid at Oko Micro Finance Bank. Note: Don't pay again, if you have paid during your ND1 or HND1.
CHIEF COACH.
The office is located at administrative block 1(Aso Rock) he requires only your school ID card.
HOD STORES
This Is located at the back of SLT OFFICE up school, besides Union Bank. They only request for Matric Receipt
CHIEF SECURITY
His office is located at the same place as the chief coach, and they required ID card as well.
PRESIDENTIAL ALUMNI
They are located after Maduakor towards SLT office by the right from main gate. They request an alumni receipt at around the sum of 3000 (Confirm the correct price at the bank) to be paid at Oko Micro Finance Bank.
COORDINATOR NHIS
this is for medical, last floor Block A, they Require two medical receipt
BURSAR
They are at Administrative Block B, down floor. Different office according to your dept. They request for two school fees receipts, ICT receipt, and ICT certificate clearance receipt. Note that these Receipts are required to be verified at Busery Unit.
-Then submission to the exam and record block opposite the Auditorium.
-For HND, registrar unit at Administrative Block B 2nd Floor.

NOTE THAT HND REGULAR & ND REGULAR Form Registration is not yet out for 2024/2025 session. Don't forget to register with Student Portals to get Notified when Registration Starts.
